As a Santa Barbara County resident of over 27 years, I have both a love and passion for the Central Coast. Before my real estate career, I was in human resource. I consider myself a

I have also served as President of the 15th district PTA for Santa Barbara County, overseeing 61 PTA schools. For 8 years, I served on the Board of Managers who oversees all of PTA schools in California.
I am the immediate Past President OCAF, Orcutt Children’s Art Foundation, whose mission is to provide arts for all students at the Orcutt School District. Currently, I volunteer as the Vendor Coordinator for the Old Orcutt Farmers Market which is the 3 rd Wed of the months June – Nov from 4:30 – 7:30 pm on Marcum St., Orcutt, CA. My mission is to listen to my clients’ wants and needs and help guide them to their goals of home ownership, with an emphasis on client relationships built on trust and confidence.

Integrity, loyalty, and accuracy are characteristics I bring with me every day. I am driven to provide you an exceptional real estate experience.
Customer Review
We value Trish Waterbury’s qualities of professionalism, competence, honesty, and integrity. With her strong knowledge of the community, she was an excellent guide and resource during our relocation to the central coast. Throughout the process of searching for and purchasing our home, we appreciated Trish’s responsiveness, flexibility, and ability to recognize issues quickly. Trish is very detail oriented, warm, and gracious. It was a pleasure to be represented by her and we highly recommend Trish and would work with her in the future.
