Mario Estrada

Agent Bio

I was born in San Luis Obispo California and grew up in the 5-Cities. I graduated from Arroyo Grande High School in 1993 and knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur after High School. One of my goals was to be involved in real estate. I have always dreamed of doing real estate since I was a young boy and I loved watching home improvement shows on TV. In 2010, I invested in a real estate investing training program to learn how to fix and flip properties. Then in 2014, I decided to get my California Real Estate license and began this part of my career with PB & Associates.

2 Years later, I became part of the Board of Directors of the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors and later President of the Association in 2020. I changed brokerages in 2017 and learned new strategies for selling real estate. However, in the early part of 2022, I returned home to PB & Associates where I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with newer agents to be successful in this industry. I am now in my 9th year of real estate and my biggest joy is seeing first-time home buyers experience the opportunity of home ownership. I believe that home ownership creates generational wealth and is the foundation of the American Dream.
