Emma Cavazos

Emma Cavazos has been in the real estate industry since 2007. Emma began as a Realtor from 2007 to 2017 all the while working full time with the County of Santa Barbara Superior Court. During her career, she worked as an Own Recognizance Officer Supervisor and Judicial Services Supervisor. Having held these positions, Emma has experienced some of the most confidential cases and has worked alongside law enforcement, attorneys, judges, and other court professionals. In 2017 she retired from the County of Santa Barbara Superior Court after 23 years of service to devote herself full time to her real estate career as a Mortgage Loan Officer.

Born and raised in Santa Maria, California, Emma attended St. Mary’s School, St. Joseph High School, and Allan Hancock College and is a parishioner at St. Louis de Montfort Church. She has been married to her husband, Eddie, for over 25 years. They have two children and one grandchild; Emma loves to travel, hike, eat good food and spend time with her family.

Emma is driven and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. She is committed to listening to her clients’ needs and educating them about the home loan process. She strives to demonstrate the highest level of integrity, commitment, and professionalism. In addition, Emma is fluent in Spanish.
